MARCH IS THE MONTH OF SPEED IN KL, and while Sepang INternational Circuit preps its track for the biggest race of the year, F1 fever spreads through the city at breaknect spreads. Not only does the Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix see the planet's fiercest racers tear up the tarmac at Sepang, but also a whole host of fringe events that catapult the month to dizzying heights.
Topping the list is the Future Music Festival Asia, back for a third year and bigger than ever with three whole days of sonic madness featuring over 70 world-class artists on rotation. The concerts continue with TWIN TOWERS @ LIVE, where K-pop and R&B fans will be raving to see icons Rain and Craig David belt out hits. The audio action surges on as the after race concert on Sunday unleashes Calvin Harris with a set of sub low beats.
It's impossible not to get caught up in the Grand Prix madness, what with the massive sales, exquisite dining deals and crazy club nights, steamrolling through KL all part and parcel of the exhilarating period.
